If a fee payment doesn’t go through, you can now resolve it directly in your Livble account — no need to contact Support.

💡 When You Might See a Failed Fee

A fee payment can fail for a few common reasons:

  • Your bank account didn’t have enough funds at the time of withdrawal.

  • Your bank declined or returned the ACH payment.

  • A temporary connection issue prevented the payment from processing.

When this happens, you’ll see a banner in your Livble dashboard that says:

Fee payment failed. Pay now to avoid service interruption.

This banner means one or more of your fees wasn’t successfully paid. It can apply to:

  • Origination fee (applies when you first split rent)

  • Returned payment fee (if a payment is declined or reversed by your bank)

  • Late fee (if your account is 15 days past due)

💳 How to Pay a Failed or Outstanding Fee

You can reinitiate payment directly from your tenant portal in two ways:

Option 1: From Your Dashboard

  1. Tap the banner that says “Fee payment failed.”

  2. Review the list of outstanding fees.

  3. Tap Pay next to a specific fee, or choose Pay All to clear them all at once.

Option 2: From Your Account Settings

  1. Go to your Livble experience in your tenant portal or access your account through the app.

  2. Tap the menu → Account SettingsFees.

  3. Review all outstanding fees.

  4. Pay one or all fees directly from this screen. Note: We recommend paying all outstanding fees at once to prevent service disruptions.

💡 Tip: Before retrying payment, make sure your connected bank account has enough funds to cover the total amount.

If the ACH transfer fails again, the fee will reman unpaid and could lead to service interruption.
