🛑 Key Impact on Eligibility
Livble checks your payment history each month before approving new split-rent plans. Your eligibility can be affected by:
Late or missed installments — unpaid beyond their due date.
Failed ACH debits — usually from insufficient funds or disconnected bank accounts.
Disputed, blocked, or reversed payments — we see ACH return codes for these actions; they negatively impact eligibility.
Outstanding balances over 30 days — if unpaid after 30 days, your account is at risk of delinquency (late fees apply on day 45).
✅ Keeping Your Account in Good Standing
Pay every installment on time — ensure funds remain in your bank account until the ACH clears (usually 1–3 business days).
Resolve failed payments quickly — if an automatic debit fails, manually complete the payment to avoid further impact.
Never dispute or block a debit — reversing a payment triggers negative ACH return codes and can block future eligibility.
Maintain stable financial activity — steady income deposits and consistent account use may help support eligibility.
⚠️ Important Notes
Missed payments: Livble will try to collect any missed installment a few times — and may attempt secondary payment methods if you’ve added them — but success isn’t guaranteed. You’re responsible for ensuring your payments succeed on time, whether they’re scheduled or manual.
Disputed or blocked payments: If you dispute, block, or reverse a payment, we can’t re-collect it. You’ll need to resolve the dispute with your bank before using Livble again.
Late fees & monthly eligibility: A late fee — even if still pending — will block you from setting up a split-rent plan for that month. Once the fee is cleared and removed from your ledger, you can split rent again in the future.
