When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is always due the moment Livble pays your rent. This means that once you choose "Split my rent," your first installment or "down payment" will be debited from your connected bank account immediately.
It's important to note that you cannot change the due date of your first installment. This is because it is directly correlated to the credit limit that we're offering you.
Don't worry, this does not mean that you have to pay when applying. You can still apply and opt-in to split-rent later when the timing best suits your needs.
Livble's "rent window," which is what we refer to our service window as, is open until the 5th of every month. This means that you have until the 5th to make your first payment and opt-in to split-rent.
If you choose to opt-in after the 5th, your first payment will still be due immediately, but you will have the option to split your remaining payments for the month.
We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, and we want to make sure that our service is as flexible as possible. That's why we offer the option to split your rent at any time during our "rent window."
