Never Worry About Paying Rent on Time Again!

With Livble’s AutoPay, your rent is automatically paid to your landlord on the 1st of every month, using the installment plan you set up. It’s a hassle-free way to ensure your rent is paid on time, every time.

Important: AutoPay is currently available for select portals only. At the moment, we support AutoPay for users of:

  • TurboTenant

  • Appfolio

  • ClickPay

  • Rent Manager

  • ActiveBuilding

  • Entrata

  • MRI

  • RentCafe

Be sure to check back regularly to see if your portal is added to the list!

Getting Started with AutoPay

  1. Initial Setup

    • AutoPay is automatically enabled for users after they manually split their rent for the first time once AutoPay is released or when setting up their plan for the next month.

  2. Enabling AutoPay in Livble

    • If you already have AutoPay enabled with a different payment method in your tenant portal, Livble’s AutoPay can’t handle your rent automatically.

    • To set up Livble’s AutoPay:

      1. Disable AutoPay in your tenant portal: Go to your portal’s payment settings and turn off the existing AutoPay.

      2. Return to the Livble app: Once AutoPay is deactivated in your tenant portal, toggle on the rent AutoPay option in your Livble account settings. Livble will then automatically pay rent to your landlord each month using your last saved installment plan.

  3. Running AutoPay

    • AutoPay runs on the 1st of each month.

    • If your previous installment plan is still processing or incomplete, or if your portal hasn’t posted rent for the next month, AutoPay won’t activate. Make sure all issues are resolved at least three days before the end of the month to ensure AutoPay runs on time.

What If AutoPay Doesn’t Work?

  1. Temporary Issues (We’ll Try Again)

    • Common problems, like insufficient funds or unlinked bank accounts, can temporarily prevent AutoPay from working. Livble will automatically retry the payment on the 2nd and 3rd of the month.

    Tips to Avoid Issues:

    • Keep Sufficient Funds: Ensure your linked bank account has enough funds to cover your rent.

    • Check Your Bank Link: Make sure your bank account is correctly linked and active in your Livble account.

  2. Critical Issues (Manual Payment Required)

    • Serious problems, such as unpaid membership fees, invalid portal credentials, or rent not being posted in your portal for the next month, can prevent AutoPay from processing. In these cases, you’ll need to make a manual payment through the app.

    Tips to Avoid Issues:

    • Stay On Top of Your Account: Regularly check for unpaid fees, ensure your portal credentials are up to date, and confirm that rent has been posted for the next month.

Staying Informed

You’ll receive notifications when AutoPay is scheduled and after it’s successfully completed. If there’s an issue, we’ll let you know what went wrong and how to fix it!
