Never Worry About Paying Rent on Time Again!
Autopay with Livble ensures your rent is automatically paid to your landlord on the 1st of every month, using the installment plan you’ve set up. Once activated, you won’t need to worry about missing a payment!
Important: Autopay will only run on the 1st of the month. If the 1st isn’t an ACH business day, Autopay will process on the closest ACH day before (e.g., if the 1st falls on a Saturday, Autopay may run on the 31st).
Note: AutoPay is currently available for select portals only. At the moment, we support AutoPay for users of:
TurboTenant
Appfolio
ClickPay
Rent Manager

Be sure to check back regularly to see if your portal is added to the list!
Getting Started with AutoPay
Step 1: Initial Setup
• Before enabling Autopay, you must manually split your rent in the Livble app for the first time.
Step 2: Enable Autopay in Livble
• Go to Account Settings in the Livble app and toggle on Autopay.
Important: If Autopay is already enabled in your tenant portal with a different payment method, Livble’s Autopay won’t work. You’ll need to:
Disable Autopay in your tenant portal (via Payment Settings).
Return to Livble and enable Autopay in your Account Settings.
How Autopay Processes Payments
Autopay Date: Autopay runs on the 1st of every month.
Non-ACH Days: If the 1st isn’t an ACH day, Autopay will process on the closest ACH day before (e.g., on the 31st).
No Retries After Failure: Autopay will not retry on the 2nd or 3rd if it fails on the 1st.
What If Autopay Doesn’t Work?
Manual Payment Required:
If Autopay fails due to any issue (e.g., insufficient funds, unpaid fees, invalid credentials), you’ll need to manually make your payment in the Livble app.
Common Reasons Autopay May Fail:
Insufficient Funds: Ensure enough funds are available in your linked account before the 1st.
Bank Credentials Invalid: If your linked account credentials are outdated, update them promptly in the app.
Unpaid Fees: Any outstanding fees must be cleared before Autopay can run successfully.
Tips to Avoid Autopay Issues
Maintain Sufficient Funds: Ensure your linked bank account has enough money to cover your rent payment.
Keep Credentials Updated: Make sure your bank account credentials in the Livble app are current.
Resolve Fees Early: Check regularly for any unpaid fees or account updates needed before the 1st.
