Avoid Creating Duplicate Accounts
If you created a duplicate account or deleted your original Livble account, you are unfortunately no longer eligible to use Livble. It’s crucial to understand that deleting your account or attempting to create a second account will be flagged as a security concern in our system, permanently preventing you from using Livble.
To avoid these complications:
Never delete your Livble account. Deleting is permanent, cannot be undone, and will prevent you from using Livble in the future.
Do not create a second account. Our system recognizes duplicate accounts, and any attempt to create another account will result in disqualification from Livble’s services.
For more information on why deleting isn’t the best option and alternatives to consider, check out our “Should I Freeze or Delete My Livble Account?” article.
What to Do If You Linked the Wrong Bank Account
If your denial was due to linking the wrong bank account, there are steps you can take to reapply, without needing to delete your account:
Update Your Bank Account Information
Do not delete your account or create a new one. Instead, refresh your Livble app to ensure you have the latest version. Update your bank account information to link the correct primary account, such as the one where you receive your payroll.
Reapply with Updated Information
You can reapply within your existing Livble account using the updated bank information. Note that approval depends on several factors beyond just your bank account details.
Key Factors That Influence Approval
Livble’s approval process considers multiple aspects of your financial health, including:
Cash Flow: Savings and earnings across all accessible sources.
Rent Payment History: Consistency in past rent payments.
Transaction History: Account stability, including major overdrafts or disputes.
Debt Management: How well you manage outstanding debts.
Please note that Livble does not rely on credit scores and never pulls credit reports.
Important Reminder for Denied Applicants
90-Day Wait Period for Reapplication: If your application is denied again, you must wait 90 days before reapplying. Only reapply if there have been meaningful changes in your financial situation, such as improved cash flow or better transaction management, to increase your chances of approval.
