🟢 When Are My Installments Due and How Are They Collected?
At the time of splitting your rent, both the first installment and the origination fee are due immediately. Subsequent installments will be debited automatically on the due dates you selected during the split process.
📘 Detailed Explanation
💵 Immediate Payments
Upon splitting your rent, the first installment and origination fee are debited from your primary bank account immediately.
📅 Scheduled Installments
Remaining installments are debited on the dates you selected during the split process.
Installments are typically processed around 2 PM ET on the due date. The exact time isn’t guaranteed, so we recommend ensuring funds are available before early afternoon.
Paying an installment early
You can manually pay a scheduled installment early in the Livble app.
If the payment is successful, that installment will be marked as paid and will not be debited again on the original due date.
You can edit future unpaid installment dates directly in the Livble app if you meet certain conditions (for example, your split is at least 3 days old and still within the same rent month).
First installments cannot be changed
New dates must fall on weekdays only (no weekends/holidays)
Installments must have at least 2 days in between
All installments must remain within the same service month and within 30 days of your first installment.
If the Edit option doesn't appear, your plan is not currently eligible for modification.
⚠️ Best practice: To stay ahead of next month’s rent, we recommend scheduling your final installment by the 25th. ACH payments take 2–3 business days to process.
🏦 Bank Account Management
Payments are debited from your designated primary bank account.
To update your primary bank account, navigate to the “Payment Methods” tab in the Livble app.
⚠️ Handling Failed Payments
If an installment fails due to insufficient funds, Livble will automatically retry on subsequent business days and may make multiple attempts.
Ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid disruptions to your installment plan.
If you have secondary bank accounts added, Livble may attempt to debit those accounts in case of insufficient funds in your primary account.
