To request a tenant’s RenterConnect report, follow these steps:
Log into the RenterConnect dashboard.
Click the “Invite Applicants” button in the upper-right corner.
Enter the required basic information about the applicant, such as name and email address.
After entering the information, send the invitation.
The tenant will receive an email inviting them to grant access to their rental history. Once the tenant completes the prompts and verifies their information, you will receive a notification that their report is ready and available for review.
