How do I get to Meet & Greet?
Follow the RVP road, using the signs for 'Fast track parking'.
(To enter the RVP road, please turn left before the final airport roundabout)
Continue on the RVP road and turn right, the entrance to Meet & Greet is clearly signposted by a large, yellow Meet & Greet plinth.
Instructions and a map can also be found on your booking confirmation email.

Are there any height restrictions in the car parks?
There is a 2.15m height restriction for the Express Drop Off and Multi Storey (short stay car park).
There are no height restrictions in the Long Stay or Fast Track Car Parks.
Any vehicles requiring more than one space must make a booking via the call centre at 0845 644 0659.
I have a large vehicle, where should I park it?
We recommend parking large vehicles such as motorhomes, large vans and any vehicles with trailers in the Park Smart Car Park.
This car park is approx. 7 minutes from the terminal and can be booked below
Where can I park my motorbike?
Motorbikes can be parked in the Express Drop Off Car Park opposite the terminal building. However please be advised that there isn't a dedicated facility for the storage of motorbikes.
Currently, there is no charge to park them in the Express Drop Off Car Park.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the airport?
Yes, we have two electric charging points in the Long Stay car park for short term usage.
Car park charges apply to non pre booked passengers.
How are parking charges calculated?
Pre-booked parking is charged per day or part thereof. For example, if you are travelling on a Monday and returning the following Monday you will be charged for both Mondays. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.
Car park charges will also vary according to:
The time of year
Location in regards to the terminal
How far in advance you make your car park booking.
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
There are many reasons for this including:
The car park is fully booked for all or part of your stay
You do not meet the booking conditions for that product
Discounted products are only available for certain dates and have a fixed allocation of spaces for these dates.
It is very unlikely you will find no availability, so if this is the case please contact our call centre for assistance on 0845 644 0659.
I have lost my parking ticket, what do I do?
For Pre-Booked Customers
Drive to the exit barrier.
If you encounter any issues, press the assistance button.
For Non Pre-Booked Customers
Enter your registration number on the screen at one of our pay on foot machines (located in arrivals or the ground floor of the multi storey car park).
Make the payment.
If you encounter any issues, press the assistance button at the payment machine.
Meet & Greet Customers
If you have lost your Meet and Greet ticket please ask for assistance at the Meet & Greet car park office.
What if my flight back is delayed?
We offer a small grace period in our car parks.
I have been charged twice, what do I do?
Please contact customerservices@liverpoolairport.com with the relevant documents and details of how you paid. Please send the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card used to pay on exit, if apple pay is used please let us know when emailing.
