I have not received a confirmation email for parking

  • Please check your spam & junk folder.

  • If you have booked directly with us please send your vehicle registration, dates of travel & car park name to customerservices@liverpoolairport.com

  • If you have booked with a third party (Ryanair, Holiday Extras) please contact the provider directly.


I need to extend my booking

  • If you have booked parking through a third party, you will need to pay for your overstay using your bank card (physical) at the exit barrier of the car park.


Can I amend my vehicle registration on my booking?

Can I amend the dates and time of my booking?


Can I cancel my booking?

  • If you have booked directly with us you can cancel your booking through the 'Manage Booking' button below-

  • If you have a booking through a third party such as Ryanair or Holiday Extras terms and conditions apply and we cannot cancel/refund these bookings.

  • 'Price Buster' or 'Saver' products cannot be amended or cancelled/refunded.


I haven't received my refund

  • Please allow approx. 5 working days for your refund to be received.

  • If your refund has been processed via a Bacs refund, please allow approx. 14 days.

  • If you have not received your refund after this period of time please contact customerservices@liverpoolairport.com


I pressed for a ticket on the way into the car park, but I have a pre-booking?

  • On your return please visit one of our pay on foot machines, located on the ground floor of the multi storey car park and press the intercom, quoting your booking reference number to the member of staff.

  • Please have your booking reference to hand for verification purposes so that we can assist you.


Can I exit the car park before the end of my booking?

  • You can exit the car park at any time during your pre-booked period however once you have exited the car park you will not be able to re-enter under the same booking. We are not able to refund for unused parking time.

  • If you need to exit the car park earlier than your planned exit, speak to the car park team using the intercom at the exit barrier, quoting your booking reference.


Can I book parking by phone?

  • Parking can be booked over the phone by calling 0845 644 0659 (from the UK only)

  • The car park booking line is open Mon-Thu 8am-6pm, Fri 8am-5:30pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun closed.


I have received a new reference after amending my booking, is this correct?

  • When you amend your booking a new reference number is created and the original booking is cancelled, the new reference number that you receive is the correct one to use.


Can I get a VAT receipt for my car park booking?

  • Your booking confirmation email includes the VAT details, under the payment section.

  • If you need a copy of your non pre-booked parking payment & you have made a payment using card, please email customerservices@liverpoolairport.com

Please send the following details:

-Vehicle registration

-Date of stay

-First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card used to pay

If you have paid via Apple or Google Pay please let us know when sending these details.


I have booked Fast Track car parking but haven't received any Fast Track tickets?

  • If you haven't received the Fast Track tickets with your Fast Track car park booking please print the confirmation email and show it to the security agent at the boarding card scanners where they will allow use of the Fast Track security channel.
