Soundscapes are a range of background noise to help drown out distractions whilst you work through your list. They're available on the iOS app and desktop.

Soundscapes will only play when you have clicked 'start' for a task timer.

To access Soundscapes (on iOS and desktop):

  • Click on the headphones symbol, located at the top right corner of your task manager

  • You will then be able to select a Soundscape option, or to turn the Soundscapes off

To change the volume of the soundscape (on iOS):

  • Click on the cog icon in the navigational bar at the bottom of the task manager to access Settings

  • Scroll to 'Background sounds'

  • Adjust the volume of the Soundscapes by moving the slider left or right

To change the volume of the soundscape (on desktop):

  • Click on the cog symbol located at the top right corner of your task manager, and select Settings

  • Scroll down until you see Background Sounds, Soundscapes is listed directly below this

  • You can turn Soundscapes on and off via the toggle

  • You can change the volume from 1 -10 (10 being the loudest option)
