What you can do in the app

  • Search the live Load Board with all the same filters as desktop

  • Get push, email and text notifications when Load Alerts match

  • View the Profitability Heatmap on your phone

  • Run the Deadhead Optimizer before accepting any load

  • Contact brokers with one-tap calling and emailing

  • View and sign rate confirmations

  • Update load status (booked, picked up, in transit, delivered)

  • Save loads to keep the contact data on your account

  • Toggle Night Mode for late-night dispatching

Plans that support the iOS app

The iOS app is available with all paid plans. However, some features are tied to plan tier:

  • Push notifications require unlimited Load Alerts (Pro or Enterprise)

  • Mobile web access on Essential is not included — Essential is desk-only

  • Night Mode requires Pro or Enterprise

Downloading the app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

  2. Search for Load Work or Load Network.

  3. Tap Get and install.

  4. Log in with your existing Load Work credentials.

Setting up push notifications

  1. Inside the app: Settings → Notifications → Enable Push.

  2. iOS will prompt you to allow notifications — tap Allow.

  3. Open your existing Load Alerts and confirm Push is selected as a delivery channel.

You'll start getting real-time pings the moment a matching load drops.

App tips for drivers

  • Pin your most-used filters as saved searches so you can refresh them with one tap from your truck.

  • Turn on Night Mode before evening driving — easier on the eyes.

  • Use the call button inside the load card so the broker sees your number and you can be back on the road fast.

  • Update load status as you go — your dispatcher (and your factoring company) will thank you.

What if I have an Android phone?

Our Android app is in active development — no release date yet, but it's coming. In the meantime, the mobile web version (available on Pro and Enterprise) works on any Android browser.
