Go to Settings > Other > 3rd Party Login.
Click Connect Facebook and follow the Facebook login prompts.
Make sure your Instagram pages are linked to your facebook pages.
Once connected, all messages sent to your linked pages will appear in Localyser.
Pro Tip: Make sure your Facebook Page Admin and Instagram Business account are linked in Meta Business Suite before you connect them in Localyser.
📥 2. Access Your Centralized Inbox
Click Messages in the side menu.
You’ll see a unified inbox showing threads from both Facebook and Instagram.
Unread messages are highlighted—so nothing slips through the cracks.
✍️ 3. Create and Use Message Templates
Save time by using pre-written replies:
In any conversation, click the message bubble icon next to the reply box.
Select Add New Response in the top‑right corner.
Enter your template title and response text, then Save.
When you need it, open the templates menu and click to insert—then tweak as needed.
Pro Tip: Create templates for greetings, FAQs, reservation confirmations, and common issues to speed up responses.

Keep track of message threads by topic or priority:
In a conversation, click Add Tag below the customer’s name.
Choose existing tags (e.g., “Influencer,” “Complaint,” “VIP”) or create a new one.
Filter your inbox by tags anytime to focus on urgent threads or specific customer segments.
📊 5. View Message Analytics
Localyser’s analytics help you measure team performance:
Total Messages received over a selected date range
Response Rate (percentage of messages replied to)
Average Response Time
Head to Messages> Analytics to see charts and breakdowns.

📥 6. Export Your Message Data
Share or archive your analytics easily:
Choose Excel or PDF.
Find the downloaded file in your Downloads folder.
Use these exports to create presentations, share with stakeholders, or dive deeper in Excel.
