How to manage Comments on Localyser

Localyser centralizes Facebook and Instagram comments, allowing you to manage them efficiently through a unified inbox.

🔗 1. Connect Your Social Accounts

  1. Go to Settings > Other > 3rd Party Login.

  2. Click Connect Facebook and follow the prompts to authorize your Page.

Pro Tip: Ensure your Facebook Page and Instagram Business accounts are linked in Meta Business Suite before connecting in Localyser.


📥 2. Access Your Unified Inbox

  • Click Messages in the side menu.

  • Switch to the Comments tab.

  • You’ll see all comments from both Facebook and Instagram in one feed.


✍️ 3. View and Respond to Comments

  1. Find any comment in the Comments feed.

  2. Click Respond next to the comment.

  3. You’ll be redirected to the original post on Facebook or Instagram.

  4. Type your reply and Post it.

Why it matters: Responding quickly shows customers you’re listening and builds stronger relationships.


📦 4. Archive Posts and Their Comments

To keep your inbox focused:

  1. In the Comments tab, locate the post you want to archive.

  2. Click the Archive icon on that post’s row.

  3. All comments on that post will move to Archived Posts, accessible via the filter on the left.

Pro Tip: Archive posts once you’ve addressed all comments to keep your active feed clutter‑free.


🔍 5. Filter Comments by Location

If you manage multiple locations:

  1. Click the Filter dropdown above your inbox.

  2. Select the Location you want to view.

  3. The Comments feed will update to show only posts and comments from that location.

Why it helps: Easily focus on feedback for a specific branch without distraction.
