How to Connect Deliveroo Account to Localyser

To seamlessly integrate your Deliveroo account with Localyser and streamline review management, please follow the steps outlined below.​

Prerequisites:

  • Deliveroo Restaurant Hub Access: Ensure you have access to your Deliveroo Restaurant Hub account and to all locations you wish to integrate.

  • Deliveroo OrgId & BranchId: You will need the OrgId and BranchId for each location you wish to fetch reviews from Deliveroo.

To integrate your Deliveroo account with Localyser and streamline review management, there are two essential steps that need to be completed:

1. Connect Your Deliveroo Account to Localyser

2. Share the List of Locations, Public Deliveroo Links, OrgId, and BranchId for Each Location

Once these steps are completed, your Deliveroo reviews will be automatically imported into Localyser for centralized management.

Step 1: Connect Your Deliveroo Account to Localyser

Follow the steps below to connect your Deliveroo account to Localyser:

  1. Access Localyser Settings:

    • In your Localyser dashboard, navigate to Settings > Other.

  2. Select Third Party Login:

  3. Add New Integration:

    • Scroll to the bottom and click on Add New.

  4. Choose Deliveroo:

    • From the dropdown menu, select Deliveroo.

  5. Enter Required Information:

    • Add the account email that has access to all locations.

    • Add the account password that allows you to log in to your Deliveroo Hub account.

    • Diff/Start Date: Set this to a date exactly one month prior to today.

    • Select the country where your Deliveroo account is set for.

  6. Save Changes:

    • After entering all required information, click Save.

Once you've connected your Deliveroo account, you can proceed to the next step.


Step 2: Share the List of Locations, Public Deliveroo Links, OrgId, and BranchId

For each location you want to integrate with Localyser, please gather and share the following details:

  1. Location Name(s): The name(s) of the location(s) you wish to connect.

  2. Public Deliveroo Link(s): The public URL(s) for each location, which can be found in the Deliveroo Restaurant Hub.

  3. OrgId and BranchId: These two IDs are essential for linking your location to Localyser. You can find these IDs in the URL when logged into your Deliveroo Restaurant Hub. For example, in the URL https://restaurant-hub.deliveroo.net/analytics?orgId=12345&branchId=67890, OrgId is 12345 and BranchId is 67890.

Note: If you are adding a new location, ensure that you have access to the Deliveroo Restaurant Hub to obtain these IDs. You can either add these details yourself or share them with us, and we will add them for you.

Once you provide these details, it may take up to 24 hours to start seeing reviews in your Localyser dashboard.
