Introduction
Creating a space page on the Location Live platform allows you to showcase the specific, bookable area within your location. Unlike location pages, which provide an overview, space pages contain detailed specifications, including measurements, access times, permitted uses, and pricing. This guide walks you through the steps to create a space page effectively.
Steps to Add a Space
1. Navigate to Locations
On the left-hand menu, click Listings.
This will direct you to the Locations page.
Find the location where you want to add a space.
2. Create a New Space Listing
3. Complete the Space Onboarding Form
The onboarding form consists of seven short tabs:

Space Description: Add a compelling description for the space (up to 150 words).
Type of Space: Select whether your space is indoor (internal) or outdoor (external).

Nearby: Add retailers, points of interest, or other attractions that may appeal to brands considering your space. You must include at least one to highlight the key advantages of your location.

Tab 2: Opening Hours

Tab 4: Media & Documents
Operational Documents (Optional): Click "Upload" to add relevant operational packs.
Install Packs (Optional): Click "Upload" to add install/access packs. These become available for clients after booking, reducing post-booking inquiries.
Upload Site Plan: Click to upload additional site plans.
Brand Logos: Showcase brands that have previously activated in your space by uploading their logos.
Primary Photo: This will appear in search results and as the main image on your space page. Click "Upload" to select a photo from your device.
Other Photos: Click "Upload Photos" or drag and drop images into the green rectangle.
After Uploading:
Click an image to edit how it appears in search results.
Drag images left or right to reorder them.
Floor Plan Positioning: Drop a pin on the floorplan to show where your space is located.
Upload Videos (Optional): If your video is hosted on Vimeo, paste the link into the Video Link box. If you do not have a Vimeo account, contact landlord@locationlive.com for assistance.

Pricing Model:
Standard Pricing: Use if you charge a daily rate and a fixed weekend, and weekly rate.
Consecutive Pricing: Use if you charge a daily rate and offer discounts for longer bookings.

Minimum Weekend Booking Period: If you do not accept short bookings on weekends, enter the minimum number of days a client must book.
Full Weekend Price: Enter the weekend rate.
Weekly Price: Enter the weekly rate.
Consecutive Pricing Configuration: Configure discounted rates based on length of stay.
You can enter either the total price or the average daily rate—the system will automatically calculate the other.

To add additional pricing tiers, click the green "Add Row" button.
Click "Add Row" to enter additional pricing tiers.
Additional Costs: Use this free text box to highlight any extra costs (e.g., power usage fees) These are shown on the space page and also in the hirer booking journey.
Tab 7: Preview
