How to Download, Install, signup, login to Lockwell for Users

How to Download and Install Lockwell

Lockwell is available on Windows & Mac computers as well as Apple & Android phones! Here's how to download Lockwell to protect your accounts, devices, and network from cyber threats.

Download Lockwell on Android or Apple Phones

  1. Search for Lockwell in the app store, or click the corresponding link below on your phone: Apple, Android

  2. Install Lockwell on your phone

  3. Sign in using the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account that your company invited

Download Lockwell on Windows

  1. Click the Download the app button in the invitation you received via email

    1. If you no longer have your invite email, you can go to the download page!

  2. Click the Download button to download Lockwell

    1. Lockwell automatically detects whether you're on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android, and gives you the appropriate app to download.

  3. Open your downloads and run the Lockwell-Setup file

    1. This requires admin permissions on your device!

  4. Once installation is complete, the Lockwell app will automatically launch

Sign in using the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account that your company invited. Lockwell immediately starts protecting your device, accounts, and network.


Download Lockwell on Mac

  1. Click the Download the app button in the invitation you received via email

    1. If you no longer have your invite email, you can go to the download page!

  2. Click the Download button to download Lockwell

    1. Lockwell automatically detects whether you're on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android, and gives you the appropriate app to download.

    2. There are two versions of the Mac desktop app. One for intel-based Macs, and one for Apple silicon Macs. To figure out which Mac you have, simply click the Apple icon in your menu bar, then click About This Mac (more details in video).

      1. If you have a "Chip" with "Apple" in the name, you're on an Apple silicon Mac

      2. If you have a "Processor" with "Intel" in the name, you're on an Intel Mac

  3. Open your downloads and run the downloaded Lockwell file

  4. Drag the Lockwell app to your applications folder

  5. Launch the Lockwell desktop app

  6. Sign in using the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account that your company invited. Lockwell immediately starts protecting your device, accounts, and network.

Set up your Master Password - Now that you have signed into Lockwell, we recommend that you create a memorable, complex password to set up your Password Vault.
