What is a Google allowlist?

Help prevent messages from certain IP addresses from being marked as spam by adding them to an email allowlist. Messages from these addresses won't be marked as spam by Gmail. Email allowlists are always applied to your entire domain.

How to Allowlist a Domain in Gmail

You must be signed in to an administrator account on https://admin.google.com/

  1. In the Admin console, go to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing and Malware.

  2. Click Spam, Phishing and Malware. In the Spam section click Configure.

  3. In the Spam settings scroll to Options to bypass filters and warning banners, click on Create or Edit list. (if you don't have @lockwell.co in an existing list)

  4. Click on Add address list and then click Add.

  5. Add the @lockwell.co domain address.

  6. Click Save.

Change can take up to 24 hours but typically happen more quickly. You can track changes in the Admin audit log.
