How to update a Lockwell user's permissions
Lockwell Users
Ask an admin of your Lockwell team to follow the steps below to update your permissions.
Lockwell Admins
Open Web app & click open the Team page from the main menu.
Click on the name of the Team Member to bring up the user shelf.
Click Permissions on the bottom right to edit the user's permissions to Admin.
Please note that User's cannot edit permissions, you must contact an admin at your organization. Additionally, Admins cannot edit an Owner's permissions. This can only be done by contacting Support.
For Support, please open the desktop app and click the Chat bubble to submit a ticket.
Please note that an update of an Owner's permissions may take up to 24 hours.
