If a user has been deactivated and you want to bring them back to your Lockwell team, you can easily re-send their invite from your Admin Dashboard. Follow the steps below to reactivate them and adjust their permissions if needed!
1. Log into your Admin Dashboard
As an Admin, log into your Lockwell Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Team" Page
From your Admin Dashboard header, click on the Team page to access your full user list.
3. View Inactive Users
Once you're on the Team page, select Inactive at the top of the page. This view will show a list of all users who have been deactivated.
4. Re-send an Invite
Find the user you wish to reactivate, select their profile, and click Re-send Invite.
You also have the option here to adjust their permissions if you want them set up as either a User or an Admin.
