Log Ninja free trial, pricing and access options

Log Ninja requires active access to create new log entries.

Written by Kris

Your free trial

When you create a Log Ninja account, you get a 7-day free trial with full access to the app. No subscription setup required, you can start logging straight away.

During your trial, you can:

  • Create new log entries

  • Record work time and rest breaks

  • Keep your digital logbook up to date

  • View your log history

  • Export your records

How access works after your trial

Once your trial ends, your access is paid for in one of two ways:

  1. Your company pays for your access on your behalf through the Transport Operator Portal. If this is the case, you don't need to do anything in the app.

  2. You subscribe yourself, directly in the Log Ninja app, on a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan.

πŸ’‘ Your subscription needs to be active before your trial ends to avoid any gap in access.

Driver subscription plans

Plan

Price

Monthly plan

$10.95 per month, incl. GST

Quarterly plan

$30/quarter, incl. GST

Annual plan

$120/year, incl. GST

If your company pays for your access

When your company pays through the Transport Operator Portal, your full Log Ninja access continues for as long as their subscription is active. If your company stops paying, you can subscribe yourself in the app at any time to keep creating new log entries.

If your account goes read-only

If your trial ends and your subscription access isn't active, your account moves to read-only. You can still:

  • Open the app

  • View your existing log history

  • Export your records

❌ You won't be able to create new log entries until your access is active again. Your existing records are not deleted.

How to subscribe

  1. In the Log Ninja mobile app, tap Account in the bottom navigation.

  2. Tap Subscription.

  3. Tap View plans.

  4. Choose the plan you want to subscribe to.

  5. Complete the subscription payment through the App Store or Google Play.

To check your subscription is active: go to Account β†’ Subscription. If everything is set up, you'll see Active at the top of the screen.
