This guide explains how to export your digital log from the Log Ninja app and send it to an enforcement officer.
Important: You need a stable internet connection or mobile reception to export your logs.
For the driver
Step 1: Open Log Ninja
Open the Log Ninja app and log in using your email and password, or your PIN.
Step 2: Select the logs you need to export
You will see a list of your available work periods and logs.
Select the logs you need to export by ticking the checkboxes.
To export the full period, tick select all work period.
Step 3: Export the selected logs
Once your logs are selected, the export selected button will become available.
Tap export selected.
Step 4: Send the export to the officer
You will be taken to the authorities export screen.
Enter:
The officer’s official email address
The CVIU/Police ID code provided by the officer
Tap Export.
For the enforcement officer
You will receive an email from Log Ninja with the exported log file attached.
Download and open the file.
When prompted, enter the same CVIU/Police ID code you provided to the driver. This code is required to decrypt and open the exported log file.
