Confirm you are in the correct warehouse or workspace.
Know the order, return, customer, or item information you want to search for.
Make sure your role has access to Returns.
Steps
Go to Returns in the left navigation.
Open Manage Returns.
Use Sort by created date to change the return order.
Open Filters when you need to narrow the list.
Review the return table columns:
Identifier
Store order ID
Customer
Return Reasons
Status
Approval
Requested date
Received on
Process by
Select the eye icon on the return row to open the return details.
Select Export data if you need a CSV export of the visible return data.
