Use this article to check Carrier Pickups for a warehouse.

Written by Max Villemure

Quick answer

Use this article to check Carrier Pickups for a warehouse.

Common use cases

  • Warehouse lead: Confirm whether a carrier pickup is active before end-of-day closeout.

  • Shipping coordinator: Search pickups by carrier, pickup date, or created date.

  • Operations manager: Understand whether the pickup list is empty because no pickup exists or because search parameters are too narrow.

When to use this

  • You need to see active carrier pickups.

  • You need to search a pickup by carrier, pickup date, or created date.

  • You see a no-active-pickups message and need to know what to check next.

When not to use this

  • You need to create the shipment manifest first.

  • You need a carrier arrival guarantee.

  • You need to investigate a lost package, delivery issue, or claim.

What good looks like

The pickup you need appears in the list, or the page clearly shows that there are no active carrier pickups for the current warehouse and search parameters.

Pickup timing and pickup address

  • Carrier arrival timing comes from the carrier pickup setup, manifest process, or carrier confirmation. Logentic can help you review the pickup record, but this article is not a carrier arrival guarantee.

  • Pickups normally use the warehouse, ship-from, or pickup address configured for the shipment and carrier account.

  • If you need pickup from a home address or another temporary address, confirm that address before live shipments depend on it.

  • An alternate pickup address may require a different carrier setup, service rule, or manual confirmation.

  • If nobody will be at the warehouse, contact us before shipping the batch and include the desired pickup address, contact name, phone number, pickup window, carrier, and order volume.

What to do next

No active pickups are visible.

Clear the search, confirm the warehouse, and verify whether the pickup still needs to be created.

The pickup is missing after you changed search parameters.

Check whether the matching manifest or pickup was created for the same warehouse and carrier.

The pickup needs to happen at a different address.

Do not assume the warehouse pickup applies. Confirm the alternate address, contact, pickup window, and carrier setup before shipping.

The carrier confirmation does not match Logentic.

Keep the carrier confirmation available and contact us with the pickup details.
