How to customize Fulfill Orders filtered views

Filter Fulfill Orders, save reusable order views, and use them safely before pick, pack, route, or batch work.

Written by Max Villemure

Quick answer

Customize Fulfill Orders views when you need a repeatable filtered order list for picking, packing, route preparation, batch work, exports, or exception review. Confirm the warehouse and visible order count before saving or acting on the view.

Common use cases

  • Warehouse lead: Save a queue for recurring pick, pack, route, or batch work.

  • Fulfillment coordinator: Find orders by date, tag, status, merchant, or workflow tab.

  • Operations manager: Reopen or export the same operational order subset.

When to use this

  • You need to narrow Fulfill Orders before operational work begins.

  • You use the same filters repeatedly and want a saved tab or reusable view.

  • You need to prepare a view before route or batch work.

Before you start

  • Confirm you are in the correct workspace and warehouse.

  • Clear old filters if the list looks unexpectedly narrow.

  • Choose a clear saved view name that explains the operational purpose.

  • Some downstream actions may create live work, so confirm the order set before using route, batch, or pick actions.

Steps

  1. Go to Handling in the left navigation.

  2. Open Fulfill Orders.

  3. Select the warehouse you want to review.

  4. Use quick search if you know the order identifier or a strong search term.

  5. Use filters, sorting, or workflow tabs to narrow the list.

  6. Confirm the visible orders match the work you intend to save or complete.

  7. Save the filtered result with a clear operational name if the view will be reused.

  8. Before creating route, batch, or pick work from the view, reopen it and confirm the order count.

Steps 1-6: Select the warehouse, search or filter Fulfill Orders, then confirm the visible order set before saving or acting on the view.

What good looks like

The saved view appears as a reusable operational view, shows the expected orders, and gives the team a safer starting point for fulfillment work.

Common issues and next actions

If this happens

What to do next

The saved view returns the wrong orders.

Check warehouse, filters, date range, and workflow tab. Rebuild one filter at a time if needed.

A teammate cannot see the same view.

Saved-view visibility may depend on role, account, or workspace setup. Contact support with both users and the view name.

A downstream action is missing from the view.

Check browser width and role/access, then contact support with the view name and screenshot.

Contact us when
