When an order is shipped externally and completed in Logentic, customers automatically receive an email notification informing them that their order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
If you add a tracking number in the tracking field during the packing process, before completing the order, customers will receive:
The shipping notification email
A link to track their order on the tracking page
Make sure to enter the tracking number before marking the order as complete to ensure customers receive the tracking link.
