What do "Users" and "Social Accounts" mean in the pricing table?
Updated over a week ago

The plan you need depends on how many social media accounts you connect to, as well as how many users you collaborate with. You can see our monthly and yearly pricing here.

Social Accounts

Loomly was created on a calendar basis. In each calendar, you can connect one social media account of each platform (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Threads & Custom Channel).

So if you need to connect three Facebook pages, for example, you will currently have to create three calendars. And, it will be counted as 3 Social Accounts.

Please note the following:

  • You can create as many calendars as you want, you will not pay per calendar.

  • Each social account connection to a calendar will be counted as 1 unique connection, even if the same social accounts are connected to multiple calendars.

💡 Tips:

Users

The term "users" designates the seats available in your plan. Each person that would be participating in a calendar (including clients who simply need to approve posts) is considered a user.

Note: if you invite the same person to multiple calendars, it will only be counted as 1 user.
