Custom Fields serve as content placeholders that allow you to create posts with customized details such as phone numbers, addresses, websites, names, etc. without having to manually add them each time. Plus, you can clone these posts to other calendars and have those details automatically updated with each calendar's specific values.

How to set up a Custom Field
There are two ways to create a new Custom Field. If you want to create custom fields for multiple calendars at once, use Account Settings:
Head to Account Settings and click "Custom Fields"
Click the green Create New Custom Field button
Name your custom field using only letters (A-Z, a-z) and underscores
Choose the calendars you want to apply the custom field to or select "All Calendars"
Enter a value for each calendar
Click "Save Changes" to finalize
If you want to only add custom fields for an individual calendar, you can also go to Calendar Settings.
How to edit a Custom Field
At the Account level:
Head to Account Settings and click "Custom Fields"
Click the update (pencil) icon to edit the Custom Field
Once in editing mode, you can add or remove calendars and change any existing values
Editing the value at the Calendar level:
Head to Calendar Settings and click "Custom Fields"
Click the update (pencil) icon to edit the Custom Field
Once in editing mode, you can update the value
How to delete a Custom Field
At the Account level:
Head to Account Settings and click "Custom Fields"
Click the red X - Please note that any deleted Custom Fields can't be recovered and posts will be published with blank values
At the Calendar level:
Head to Calendar Settings and click "Custom Fields"
Click the red X to remove the custom field - Please note that any deleted Custom Field values can't be recovered and posts will be published with blank values
Adding Custom Fields to a post
You can add custom fields to your caption in two ways:
Type { into the copy area to see a list of available Custom Fields
Click the Custom Field icon and select the fields you want to add
In post previews and in the published post, the value will appear if it has been set up.
Please check that all calendars have the value when using the clone feature to ensure that there are no missing values!
💡 Tip: Using Custom Fields with Calendar Groups can save a significant amount of time time. There's no need to select specific calendars when cloning posts individually, and you can input information very easily, so it's customized by calendar!
