During the booking process, you can add additional instructions that will be passed on to the driver for collection. Please note that drivers do not carry mobile phones, so we cannot guarantee or request that they call you before arrival. We recommend using this section to provide directions or details that will help the driver locate your address, rather than requesting a call.
For Students: Please ensure your items are left in your student reception for collection. Couriers are unable to collect directly from individual rooms within student halls.
