Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my By-The-Box order?

Changes by 4pm the working day before your collection

If you want to change the number of boxes you’re storing or change your collection date, for your By-The-Box Storage order, you can do so yourself by clicking here. You can edit your order until 4pm one working day before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, you need to make any changes by 4pm the Friday before. To verify any changes to your booking, log into your LOVESPACE account where updated booking details will be available.

Changes between 4pm the working day before your collection and your collection day

If you’d like to change or cancel your collection date after 4pmm the working day before your collection, there’ll be a charge of £20, as we’ll have already scheduled your driver to come to your address. This change will need to be done by contacting our Customer Service team.

The driver will only collect the items you wish us to collect and the storage plan will then be adjusted and you will be emailed with this information too. You will then get credit up onto the account that will be used for next month's storage. There are no penalty fees for adding more boxes to your order.

Changes on your collection day

If you need some changes on the day of your collection, there’ll be a £30 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you. This change will need to be done by contacting our Customer Service team. If you’re not present for your collection, there’s also a £50 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer. If the timing is inconvenient, you could leave the boxes at your building’s reception, provided the staff is informed, or delegate a friend or family member to hand over the items.

You can only change your insurance level until your boxes have been collected, not after.
