If you’ve previously sent in something that isn’t packed into a box, isn’t something that is accepted as part of new by-the-box orders (such as an ironing board), or is outside of our usual size or weight limits, we need to make sure we plan your delivery carefully. This usually means the item must be returned to the same postal area/ city we collected from.
