If you want to make amendments to your delivery, you must contact our customer team via chat, or info@lovespace.co.uk or 0800 802 1018.
To reschedule or cancel your order, please let us know 3 working days in advance before your delivery is due to take place, if your unit is bigger than 50sqft and 2 working days in advance if 50sqft or smaller.
After these cut-off times, there is a £50 charge to edit the date. There is no penalty charge if you need to change the address for a location close by, phone number or items number (your pricing plan will be adjusted for this last one but there is no penalty).
If you're not available to accept your delivery, your stuff will be delivered back to our storage facility, and you will need to place a new order for a second delivery.
