There is a 'Contact Us' section under the 'More' page in the app. Tap on 'Open Chat' to send a message to our support team. We aim to respond within one working day to all messages.
You can also email support@lovetoride.net if you're facing an issue or have general questions about Love to Ride or the web platform.
Or you can report your inaccurate trips directly in the app.
Tap the main Rides tab
Open the trip you want to report
Click the up sign to expand the menu ^
Tap X where it asks 'is this trip accurate?'
Please describe what happened. E.g 'stopped at red light for 3 minutes'. This will help us understand the context and improve it for future rides.
