At the moment you can rate any route up to 5 miles long (about 8km). To do this, head to the Rides screen, pick the ride you want to rate, click the up ^ sign to expand the menu, and hit 'Rate this route':
Easy-peasy!
If you don't see the option, hang tight, we're either still processing that route or it’s longer than 5 miles.
You can also go the Me screen and see if there are any routes ready to be rated:
