How do I change my password?
If you know your password, but would like to change it to something different...
Type your new password into both the ‘Password’ and ‘Password confirm’ boxes
Scroll down and click ‘Update profile’
🔒Note: your password must be at least 8 characters and include 1 lower case, 1 upper case, 1 number, and 1 symbol, e.g. Love2ride!
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you need to reset a forgotten password...
When attempting to log in, click ‘Forgotten Password?’
Enter your email address in the box provided and click ‘Send reset instructions'
An email will be sent to your registered email address - open it and click the 😊password change link
Type your new password into both the ‘New Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ boxes 🔒Note: your password must be at least 8 characters and include 1 lower case, 1 upper case, 1 number, and 1 symbol, e.g. Love2ride!
Click ‘Reset Password’ and sign in using your email and new password
Note: if you're trying to reset your password and not receiving the reset email, it may be due to an error in your email address. Contact support@lovetoride.net and we can help you fix this!
