Automation "Post-Transaction Review"

In your admin panel, go to the "Automations" tab and click the "Create" button. Then click the "Set up trigger" button and select the "Transaction" option from the dropdown menu. The selected option will appear in the central icon, where a contextual window will pop up, allowing you to specify the number of transactions. Since this is a post-transaction review, you need to enter "0".


Next, click the plus sign and select "Request review" from the dropdown menu. The option you selected will be displayed in the automation. The next step is to add:

  • Title (required);

  • Text.

After that, click the "Save" button. From this moment, the automation will be active, and after each successful transaction, your guest will receive a push notification prompting them to leave a review. Once the guest leaves a review, it will appear in your admin panel under the "Reviews" tab.
