Updated over 7 months ago

1. In your admin panel, go to the “Automations” tab (under the “Marketing” section) and click “Create”.

2. Enter the name of the automation — “Bonus Expiration”, then click “Create”.

3. Click “Set Triggers”, and in the dropdown menu on the right, select “Last Visit”. In the “Starts When” field, specify the number of days the guest hasn’t visited, for example, 170 days.

4. Set up the actions sequentially:

• Click “+” → select “Send Push” with a message informing that their bonuses will expire in 10 days.

• Click “+” → select “Wait”, and enter the value “10”.

• Click “+” → select “Update Balance”, and in the context box, enter the value “0”.

Result: After 170 days, the guest who hasn’t visited receives a push notification stating that their bonuses will expire in 10 days. Another 10 days later, the bonuses are deducted.
