We recommend setting up the following automations, as they demonstrate high conversion rates and help improve customer engagement:
1. Bonus Reminder – notifying customers about their available bonuses to encourage them to make a purchase.

Go to Marketing → Automations and click Create.
Enter the name: “Bonus Reminder”.
Select the trigger: “Last Visit” and set the number of days since the customer last visited.
Click “Continue”. In the “If” field, select “Customer Balance”, choose the operator “Greater than or equal to”, and enter the bonus amount.
Choose “Send Push” and specify the title and message:
Title: “Hi, {{user.info.FIRST_NAME}}”
Message: “You have {{user.balance}} bonus points on your account!”
Click “Save” – the automation will start automatically.
2. Birthday – a personalized birthday greeting for the customer, including a special gift.

Message: “Come by for a delicious coffee and recharge your energy to the fullest!”
Choose “Wait” and set:
Days: 0

Click “Add Bonuses” and set 10 in the “Bonuses” field.
Click “Save” – the automation will start automatically.
How to Set Up Automation:
Log in to the messaging management system.
Go to the Automations section.
Create a new automation by selecting the appropriate trigger.
Configure conditions and parameters (sending time, audience segments, message content, etc.).
Save and activate the automation.
Tip: Test different message variations and analyze the results to improve campaign effectiveness.
In the Marketing tab, you can view statistics for each automation, including “Total Executed”, “Customer Return”(the number of customers who made a transaction within two weeks after the automation), and “Conversion Rate”.
By clicking on the three dots, you can edit the automation to improve its effectiveness or view the history of who received the notification.
