Introduction

In this article you will learn how to moderate a content mission on the platform. You'll be asking your users to publish content on their account and/or create photos and videos. In exchange, they'll earn points as soon as the mission is completed.

How to moderate content

Go to the moderation section

This interface enables you to view content recently submitted by your users, which you can then use for your marketing campaigns.

This gives you the control to approve or reject content according to the criteria you've defined in the content missions section.

  • Validation ✅: if the content meets your criteria, click on “Approve”.

  • Invalidation ❌: if the content doesn't meet expectations or has inappropriate elements, click “Reject”. You have the option of adding a comment explaining the reason for rejection, so that the user can, if necessary, make changes and resubmit.

Content library

Go to the Content area, where you can access the library of all the content missions created by your users.

For each piece of content, you can identify the user who published it by accessing the following options:

  1. Selection

  2. View: accesses the user's profile in the CRM.

  3. Profile: leads directly to the user's Instagram account.

Image rights management

Make sure you have the necessary rights to use the content created by your users.

This section guides you through the process of managing and validating image rights, to ensure secure, compliant use.

The pictogram at bottom right indicates that you have obtained the user's image rights. This validation is made possible by the checkmark you activated during initial mission setup.
