Introduction

In this article you'll learn how to create and set up a photo content mission. You'll be asking your users to take a photo of themselves, with one of your products, for example. In exchange, they'll earn points as soon as the mission is completed.

`

Create a mission

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you'll have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Take a photo".

Here's an overview of the mission for users

Setting up the mission

Once you've clicked on Create, you can set up the mission.

At each stage of configuration, a real-time preview of your settings is displayed on the right, as they will appear to your users. This allows you to check the final rendering immediately, and adjust elements if necessary, before publishing.

CONFIGURATION TAB

  • The title

We establish a default title, but we recommend that you personalize it using the way you talk to your customers.

  • Describe the mission

In the context of a photo, you can guide your customers so that the content they create matches your expectations. You can add do's and don'ts to guide them.

Example: "Take a photo showing your favorite product".

  • Points

We've established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. Attractiveness lies in the right balance between missions and rewards.

✨ Consult this guide to help you configure the points/rewards ratio.

ADVANCED SETTINGS TAB

  • Icon

Upload a custom icon or image to illustrate your mission. This will make your program more attractive to users.

  • How does it work?

Describe the various steps required for the user to validate the mission

  • Number of subscribers

By adding a minimum number of subscribers, only users with enough subscribers will be able to complete the mission.

  • Apply to a list

You can authorize all users to access the mission, or restrict it to specific lists defined in advance in the users section.

📝 Note: if users are targeted, they must be logged in to see the mission.

  • Image rights for mission content

To reuse content created by your users, request their consent and activate the option by clicking on the button to the right.

  • Validate mission content

If you activate this option, you won't have to validate mission content.

  • Inform users of new mission

By activating this option, all users targeted by this mission will receive an email indicating that a new mission is available.

📝 Note: When an option is activated, the colors indicate its status

Red: option deactivated

Blue: option enabled

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission in draft form, or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your program.

Mission verification

Once the mission has been completed, it is sent directly to the content/moderation section, where you can validate or invalidate it.
