In this article you'll learn how to create and set up a vidéo content mission. You'll be asking your users to take a vidéo of themselves, with one of your products, for example. In exchange, they'll earn points as soon as the mission is completed.

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you'll have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Make a vidéo".

Once you've clicked Create, you can set up the mission

We establish a default title, but we recommend that you personalize it using the way you talk to your customers.

In the context of a vidéo you can guide your customers so that the content they create matches your expectations. You can add do's and don'ts to guide them.

Example: "Make a vidéo showing your favorite product".

DON'T : No other brand

We've established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. Attractiveness lies in the right balance between missions and rewards.

Example: "300 points"

If you've created lists you can segment the users who will see the mission.

📝 Note: if users are targeted, they must be logged in to see the mission.

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission in draft form, or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your program.

Once the mission has been completed, it is sent directly to the content/moderation section, where you can validate or invalidate it.

Can I add the same mission several times?

You can't add the same mission several times. However, once a mission has been completed by your users, you can deactivate it to recreate another one.
