Prevent Certain Users from Accessing Your Program

Introduction

This new feature allows you to block certain users, thereby preventing their participation in your loyalty program.

Blacklisted users will no longer accumulate points on their purchases and will no longer appear in the program’s user data.


How to Proceed


From the "Settings" section, click on "Program," and access to "Blocked Accounts"

Add the Tag/Group to Exclude
In the "Blocked Accounts" dropdown menu, select the tag or group you wish to exclude, which you will have predefined in the Users/List section.


Display for Blacklisted Accounts


Blacklisted users will see a simplified version of the loyalty page. The "Customer Account" and "Checkout" modules are hidden, restricting their access to standard features.

1. Message on Login Attempt
When a blacklisted user tries to access the loyalty page, a message will appear indicating that they are not eligible for the loyalty program.

You are not eligible for the loyalty program.

Please contact the support team if you believe this is an error

2. No Rewards or Notifications

  • No loyalty points are awarded for their orders.

  • They do not receive any emails related to the loyalty program.

  • Their data is excluded from the CRM, removing them from all customer tracking analyses.

These restrictions aim to discreetly inform the user of their ineligibility while preserving features reserved for your active customers.
