Introduction

Anchors will enable you to redirect users to different sections and modals of your loyalty page, making navigation smoother and more intuitive.

By integrating these links, you can not only improve the user experience, but also facilitate access to important information and effectively promote the different sections of the loyalty and sponsorship program. What's more, using these anchors will optimize your communications and maximize customer engagement.

The benefits of anchors :

  • Specific links: Integrate separate loyalty and sponsorship links directly on your site, enabling users to quickly find the information they're looking for.

  • Optimized communications: Use these links in your communications and marketing campaigns via platforms like Klaviyo or Brevo, increasing the effectiveness of your messages and customer engagement.

  • Enhanced user experience: Simplified navigation thanks to anchors enables users to easily access the different sections of your loyalty program, increasing their satisfaction and loyalty.

Section anchors

To link to a section of your loyalty program, you can use the following anchors. Then simply add #mission (or another corresponding anchor) after the URL of your loyalty page.

  • Missions section : store-urlloyalty#missions

  • Rewards section : store-urlloyalty#rewards

  • Referral section : store-urlloyalty#referral

  • VIP tiers section : store-urlloyalty#vip-program

  • Product test section : store-urlloyalty#giftings

💡 For example, to access the Referral section of the Si Si La Paillette loyalty page, use https://sisilapaillette.fr/pages/communaute#referral

Modal anchors

Modal anchors work in the same way, allowing you to redirect to the details of a mission, a reward, the rewards obtained or a product test.

  • Mission details : store-urlloyalty#mission-ID

  • Rewards details : store-urlloyalty#reward-ID

  • User reward details : store-urlloyalty#myrewards

  • Product test details : store-urlloyalty#gifting-ID

📝 Important: Modal anchors only work when the user is logged in, otherwise they will be returned to the basic loyalty page.

To use these anchors, you'll need the specific id for each element. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the desired tab.

  2. Retrieve the mission number from the url

  3. Add it to your modal

💡 For example, here the modal to access this mission would be

store-urlloyalty#mission-6919

By using these anchors, you optimize the navigation and accessibility of the various sections and details of your loyalty program, offering your users a better experience.
