Introduction
In this article, you’ll learn how to create and set up a WhatsApp mission.
The goal is to invite your users to join your WhatsApp group. In return, they’ll earn points once the mission is completed.
Create a mission
Go to the Missions section. From there, you can create and manage your missions.
Click on “Create a mission” to access the mission library, including the one called “Join a WhatsApp group.”

Mission setup
After clicking Create, you can configure the mission settings.
Mission title
Choose a clear and engaging title.
Example: “Join our private WhatsApp community”
This kind of title highlights the exclusive and community-focused nature of the group, which can encourage more users to join.
Points
We’ve set a default point scale based on how much effort the mission requires from your users.
The goal is to make the mission attractive.
The right number of points will help motivate users to complete the action.
Describe the mission
Give clear instructions to help your users complete the mission successfully.
The simpler it is, the more likely they are to join the WhatsApp group quickly and validate the mission.
Link to the group
Copy and paste the link to your WhatsApp group that you previously created.

Targeting
You can allow all users to access the mission, or limit it to specific lists you've previously defined in the Users section.
