Introduction

In this article you will learn how to create and set up a mission with Loyoly.

Missions are what you'll ask your users to do to support you, and in exchange they'll earn points for completing them.

Create a mission

Go to the mission area, from here you can create, edit and analyze the performance of your missions. By clicking on Create a mission you will have access to the mission library. More than 40 missions are currently available on Loyoly !

Regarding Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter missions, they require that you have linked your accounts from the Integration area before you can create the missions.

Setting up a mission

After clicking on Create, you can set up the mission. All missions have their own settings but have 4 elements in common: title, description, points and targeting.

Let's take an example: "Publish a story". You want your customers to post stories recommending your brand.

Let's break down the points you can change together.

  • Title

We establish a default title but we recommend you to personalize it using your way of talking to your customers.

Example: "Support us in story 🤗"

  • Points

We set a default standard based on the commitment the assignment requires for your clients. Here the objective is that the mission is attractive to your clients. The attractiveness lies in the good adjustment between missions and rewards.

Example: "300 points".

✨ Consult this guide to help you set the points/rewards ratio.

  • The description

In the context of a story, you can guide your customers so that the content they create corresponds to your expectations. You can add do's and don'ts to guide them.

Example: "Take a story presenting your favorite product"

  • You can indicate why this product and not another one

  • Your feeling when using it

Do

Don't

✅ Visible mark

✅ Nice brightness

✅ Your smile of course

❌ Talk about another brand"

✨ Here are our description templates to speed things up!

  • Example

You can import a photo or video media that will serve as an example for your users. We recommend adding some to further guide them through the content.

  • Hashtag

The user will have to use the hashtag in the story to earn points, ask them to use your favorite hashtag to maximize your virality.

  • Identification

The user will have to identify you in the story to earn points, you can then easily re-share it.

  • Minimum subscribers

You can limit the access to the mission only to people with a minimum number of subscribers, which limits the number of participants but ensures a certain quality of content.

  • Apply to a list

If you have created lists you can segment the users who will see the mission. Be careful, if they are targeted, the users must be logged in to see the mission.

📝 Note: if users are targeted, they must be logged in to be able to view the mission.

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission in draft form or Activate to publish your mission which will then be available in your program.
