Harness the power of Insider to reach your goals. Boost repeat purchases with reminders, drive customer acquisition through referral emails, and refine your audience segmentation using insights from your loyalty program. 🚀

How to Connect Insider to Loyoly

The connection to Insider happens in two steps.

  1. Log in to Insider
    Then open the back office in another window.

  2. In Loyoly, go to:
    Settings → Integrations
    Select the Insider integration.

  3. Back in Insider:
    Go to Settings → Integration Settings → Generate API keys
    Create two API keys:

  • Re-subscribe KEY

  • Unified Customer Database

Copy the keys from Insider and paste them into Loyoly.
Then copy the partner name (top right in Insider) and paste it into Loyoly.

Congratulations! Insider is now connected to Loyoly 🌟

Once the setup is complete, a data synchronization process will start, transferring your customers’ loyalty information. We synchronize all users present in the CRM.

💡 Depending on the number of customers, the data sync may take several hours.



Discover Which Properties Are Synced with Insider

To set up your emails in Insider, Loyoly needs to share specific customer data. Here's what's included:

  • Customer points balance: The number of points the customer can use right now.

  • Number of missions completed: How many missions the customer has completed.

  • Number of referrals: The number of referrals the customer has validated.

  • Number of rewards claimed: Total number of rewards claimed by the customer.

  • Number of referrals made: How many referrals the customer has made.

  • Customer tier: Displayed only if the customer belongs to a tier. This is updated whenever the tier changes, either due to access method or manual configuration updates.

  • Birthday: Only available if the customer has completed the Birthday mission. Used to trigger a birthday email with rewards based on their tier.

  • Referral ID: Used to personalize the referral link in emails, so each user gets their own specific referral link.

  • Phone number: Only available if the customer has completed the Phone Number mission.

These fields will appear under Custom Attributes on contact records in Insider :
