We hope the landing went well, and that you're ready to launch your loyalty & referral program. With this Welcome Kit, we’ll help you get started on the platform with detailed steps for a successful program. Feel free to reuse the templates provided to promote your program.

🎨 Step 1 : Customize your branding

Enhance your identity by editing your profile in the "Branding" section. Update your logo if needed, add a cover photo and an eye-catching description. Update your graphic chart colors if necessary. Fill out your profile information to make it a unique place that will be visible to your entire community.

⭐️ Step 2 : Add missions

Now add missions. Missions are actions that will be completed by your customers. When you add missions, you'll be able to configure their settings. The more detailed your descriptions, the more users will be guided to complete them. Don't hesitate to create many missions!

🎁 Step 3 : Add rewards

Now you can add rewards. These will be the currency you use to exchange with your customers for the missions they complete. A discount voucher your website, a VIP invitation to an event... Be creative!

💌 Step 4 : Spread your program

In the broadcast section you'll find the link to your space, which you can then use in your newsletters, post-purchase emails or on social media.

✅ Step 5 : Approve your first content

Approve the content of the first users in "Required actions". Without this manual action, the content will remain pending and cannot be reused, and most importantly, users will be left waiting.

📸 Step 6 : Use content in your marketing campaigns

Use the content you've created in your programs. An authentic testimonial will always have a better impact than a slick ad!

📊 Step 7 : Measure your performance

Track the success of your campaigns in the Analytics tab to see your program take off!
