Customize your branding 🎨 (5-10 mins)

Loyoly offers an array of customization options! Incorporate your brand's colors, images, and logo to ensure a smooth and tailored customer experience. These straightforward yet impactful enhancements effectively highlight your programs for potential members and create an authentic appearance for your store.

In the Communications tab, choose a name for your program. Choose a name that conveys your brand personality. If classic is your thing go for something straightforward like Leaves&Clouds did with Become an ambassador. Or go for something fun et catchy like Le club Hindbag or NubianceArmy. We love these because they're snappy, memorable and really foster a sense of community.


Create missions to earn points 💎 (10-20 mins)

Now, let's introduce missions. Missions are actions that your customers will complete to earn points. When you add missions, you can configure their settings. The more detailed your descriptions, the better users will be guided to complete them. Feel free to create numerous missions!


Set up your Loyolty program ⭐️ (2-5 mins)

Loyalty provides you with a powerful means to recognize and incentivize your customers' purchases. Through this platform, you can effortlessly reward every transaction with a system of points, creating an engaging and mutually beneficial relationship that fosters customer loyalty and encourages repeat business.

Set up your Referral program 💕 (2-5 mins)

A good referrals program is a fantastic way to turn your loyal customers into brand evangelists. When you're setting up your rewards, take some time to think about both parties involved in the referral. Ask yourself whether your customers will be motivated to share your store with their friends and family, and if the potential new customers will find the offered reward enticing enough to make a purchase. A generous referrals program has the potential to yield significant returns in the form of new, dedicated customers who, in turn, become advocates for your business.

💡 VIP Tiers are available on the Prime Loyalty & Referral plan and up.

VIP Programs have become increasingly popular in recent years. It's not surprising as they are such an effective way to encourage spending and engagement with online stores. Loyoly has 3 tiers with default tier names ready to go when you first install, but you can change these any time you want. Choose your tier names to line up with your store's brand. Launch your program 🚀

You should now be ready to launch your program!

Head to the Communications tab to access the link to your dedicated page. You can use this link in newsletters, post-purchase emails, and across social media. Additionally, you have access to a QR code that can be included on a flyer in your orders.
