In this article you will learn how to create and set up a reward with Loyoly.
Rewards are offered to your users in exchange for the points they earn by completing missions. They help motivate your users and build loyalty.
Create a reward
Go to the Rewards tab, where you can create and modify your rewards.
By clicking on Create a reward, you'll have access to the different reward templates offered.
Select the desired template to set up your reward.

Setting up a reward
Once you've selected the product template, you can set its parameters. For the purposes of this article, we'll take the example of a product :
Title
This must correspond to the product you wish to add. With Shopify, all you have to do is search for your product in the list.
Points
Your users will exchange the points they earn by completing missions for rewards.
Example: promotional code at 300pts, voucher at 600points, product at 1000points
💡 Create tiers to encourage your users to complete more missions.
Description
You can specify instructions for use and product details.
Expiration date
Date after which the reward can no longer be used. It can be sliding or fixed.
💡 Add an expiration date between 2 and 6 months to give your users time to earn and use the reward.
Promotion code
Personalize your promotion code by adding a prefix.
Combination
Offer to combine rewards with a discount on the product, on the order or on shipping costs.

We've added images, but we recommend you add your own to make the rewards more attractive.
Apply to a list of users
You can link your program to lists, but the targeted users will only see the reward when they are logged in.
Activate the reward
Finally, you can add the reward as a "draft" or "active" and it will then be visible to users.
