Introduction
As part of a continuous improvement approach to performance and user experience, Loyoly is evolving the deployment of the loyalty page.
This new approach relies on Shopify’s native standards to deliver a page that is faster, more stable, and easier to maintain, both for brands and for Loyoly teams.

Refer your page
In the Communication – Distribution tab, you will find all the settings related to your page.
Loyalty page
New page
Here you can change the name of your page: this name will become the generated URL.this is also the name you’ll use on Shopify to reference your page.
You’ll also find the link to your page, which allows you to preview how your program will appear on your site. It can be used to communicate via newsletters and on social media.
My page
If you are not deploying the page directly from Loyoly, you must add the link to your loyalty page here so that:
Email CTAs redirect directly to this page.
The CTA in the Customer Account module also redirects to this page.
Settings
On this page, you have several settings that allow for better management of your loyalty page.
Page preview
This button allows you to access a preview of your loyalty page.
⚠️ Until the page has been referenced on shopify, it will not be visible to your customers.
2. Page customization
The “Customize” button on your page takes you directly to the Branding tab, where you can personalize your loyalty page.
3. Add loyalty sections to your page
From Loyoly, you can directly add sections to your Shopify page. The “Add section” button automatically applies the selected section to your loyalty page.
⚠️ To ensure the section is added correctly to your page, your Loyoly page must be linked to a Shopify page template and not to the "Default page".
Customer account
The Customer Account module allows you to add a section to your customer’s account. This gives them direct access to the program with a single click.
Add the page on Shopify
If you deployed your loyalty page before 12/29/2026, follow this guide.
Step 1: Create a template in Shopify
Now that your page has been successfully created in Loyoly:
Go to Online Store → Customize.
Home page → PagesCreate a new template.
Give it a name
From the Template → Apps tab, add the sections you want to display on your page.
Save your changes.
Step 2: Reference the page
Go to Pages.
Click on the name of the corresponding page.
At the bottom right, link the template you just created.
Step 3: Add the page to the main menu
To make the page accessible on your site:
Go to Content → Menus → Main menu.
Click Add menu item, then select your page via Link.
Save your changes.
Step 4: Your page is live
Congratulations 🚀 Your loyalty page is now available on your site!
Update – Loyoly page deployment
Existing clients
If you already have a loyalty page, a migration is necessary to move from the old version based on injected code to the new method.
Follow the steps below to complete this migration and benefit from improved performance, stability, and integration.
Step 1
Go to Pages → Loyalty page.
Delete the existing script.
Save your changes.
Step 2
Go to Online Store → Edit theme.
Open Home page → Page.
Create a new template.
From the Apps tab, add the sections you want to display on your page.
Save your changes.
Step 3
Go back to Shopify → Online Store → Pages.
Assign the new template to your loyalty page.
Save your changes.
⚠️ Please note: Branding and page customization (colors, content, visuals, etc.) are still managed from the Loyoly interface.
