Introduction
Welcome to Loyoly ! Loyoly offers an innovative loyalty and referral system, seamlessly integrated with your Shopify store. If you're transitioning from another app and looking to import point balances and transfer all your customers, continue reading for instructions.
Migrating from another app
To transfer your loyalty members from another Shopify app such as Smile to our app, you will require a CSV file containing your data from the current app. Depending on the provider you're currently using, you can easily export your customers out.
Here are the data fields we require, in exact order :
the customer id
email
name
first name
number of points
the opt in email
Amount spent: only for VIP tiers in € or $ to place your users in the appropriate tiers.
Here is the file that needs to be filled out : import_users_loyoly.csv
Next, please contact our team by email or through the chatbot so that we can proceed with the import of the file.
📝 Note: These are the points to remember when importing the file:
Column order must be the same as in the example file.
Emails of the type "client.choose.rock" are not accepted.
Negative points are not accepted.
For opt-in emails, the answer must be "yes" or "no", in lower case.
Lines marked N/A should be deleted.
Common questions
Will my customers still log in with the same email address and password?
Yes. Your customers will use the same login they use on your store.
Can I manually adjust my customer's points instead?
Yes! In the users section, you have the ability to manually adjust a customer's points balance.
